On this route you will feel part of the history of the territory, you will arrive by roads with little traffic to each of the villages and you will be able to pedal through its almost deserted streets during the week.

The inland Emporda offers a wide range of medieval villages in close proximity to each other.

On this route you will feel part of the history of the territory, you will arrive by roads with little traffic to each of the villages and you will be able to pedal through its almost deserted streets during the week.

From the mythical medieval town of Pals you will set off in the direction of Font Clara and make a detour to the fortified village of Palau-Sator, also known for its local food restaurants.

Leaving Palau-Sator, you will enjoy the countryside until you reach Peratallada where it is always interesting to make a short stop.

The next is a long stretch of very good road with very little traffic during the week that skirts Vulpellac and passes near La Bisbal, known for its clay handicrafts.

There is the possibility of turning off towards la Bisbal and not stopping in Peratallada. Your legs will tell you.

The last stretch to Cruilles is a marvel, the perfect fusion with the landscape of fields.
