Franciscan monastery founded on an ancient hermitage first mentioned in 1282. It was founded in 1690 by Francesc de Bournonville, Marquis of Rupit and Lord of Santa Coloma, and was active until 1822. Later it became a large farmhouse.

The monastery was refurbished in the XVIII century, when it became a monastery of several monks. The church was rebuilt in 1801 and it is a simple and austere building, with a covered nave with semicircular apse and two side chapels on each side.

It has a bell with two sides. At its side there is a cloister, around which there were the monks' cells.
