Arrival at Barcelona or Girona airport where our exclusive transfer will be waiting for you and will take you to your accommodation in Girona.
Rest of the day free.

Local breakfast at your Masia and transfer to agricultural population of Agullana where where we will visit the innovative infused oils of "Llàgrimes del Canigó".
Lunch at Motel d'Empordà, when we will taste "Taps de Cadaqués".
In the afternoon we will visit the Baldera Castle where we will visit the bicentennial mill restored by the architect and designer Rafael Marquina and sensory experience of extra virgin olive oil (AVOE) with cheeses and vermouth or cava.

Mini Breakfast and transfer to Amer where we will taste a "Esmorzar de Forquilla" at Fonda Giralt.
After this amazing breaksfast will go to Joanetes where we will visit a farm and we will taste local product.
Transfer to Sant Esteve d'en Bas a small farming town when we taste a "Cuina Volcánica" and the typical "Olot Chip". After lunch we will visit the village.

Today will be dedicated to savoring the culinary riches of the Mediterranean Sea.
After our Empordanese breakfast, we will start the day's journey with a visit to the fishing village of L'Escala where we will know and eat its famous "Anchovies of L'Escala".
After this immersion in tradition and history, we will head to the port of Palamós where we will visit its fish museum, experience the daily fish auction of the day and have a 5 senses experience with seafood products.
We will finish the day following in the footsteps of the writer Truman Capote who chose Palamós as a refuge to finish his masterpiece "In Cold Blood".

After our Catalan breakfast, we will head to Pordamsa to witness the creation process of the modernist porcelain that graces the world's most luxurious restaurants and hotels.
Following this, we will attend a cooking class with the renowned chef Antoni Izquierdo, where culinary mastery meets innovation.

On the last day of our gastronomic journey in Girona, we will focus on its wines, specifically the prestigious D.O. Empordà.
We will visit the vineyards of Capmany and enjoy a megalithic meal accompanied by local wine.
In the afternoon, we will head to Perelada, where we will visit their vineyards, taste their cavas, and indulge in the culinary offerings of their renowned chef Paco Pérez.

Final Empordà-style breakfast and transfer to Barcelona airport or the city for those who planned to extend their visit.
