A **5 -day gastronomic escape to Girona** is the perfect follow-up to visiting Barcelona. In just a short trip, explore Girona’s culinary delights, from traditional Catalan markets to dining at Michelin-starred restaurants. Savor local specialties such as **pa amb tomàquet** and **suquet de peix**, paired with exquisite regional wines and cheeses.
The experience combines culinary indulgence with the charm of Girona’s historic streets, offering a memorable experience for food lovers.
**We exclusively privatize** the **Bo.TiC Restaurant**, a **2 Michelin-starred** establishment.
A minimum of **10 people** is required for this experience.

Program

Arrival at Barcelona or Girona airport where our exclusive transfer will be waiting for you and will take you to your accommodation in Girona.
Rest of the day free.
Local breakfast at your Masia and transfer to agricultural population of Agullana where where we will visit the innovative infused oils of "Llàgrimes del Canigó".
Lunch at Motel d'Empordà, when we will taste "Taps de Cadaqués".
In the afternoon we will visit the Baldera Castle where we will visit the bicentennial mill restored by the architect and designer Rafael Marquina and sensory experience of extra virgin olive oil (AVOE) with cheeses and vermouth or cava.
Today will be dedicated to savoring the culinary riches of the Mediterranean Sea.
After our Empordanese breakfast, we will start the day's journey with a visit to the fishing village of L'Escala where we will know and eat its famous "Anchovies of L'Escala".
After this immersion in tradition and history, we will head to the port of Palamós where we will visit its fish museum, experience the daily fish auction of the day and have a 5 senses experience with seafood products.
We will finish the day following in the footsteps of the writer Truman Capote who chose Palamós as a refuge to finish his masterpiece "In Cold Blood".
After our Catalan breakfast, we will head to Pordamsa to witness the creation process of the modernist porcelain that graces the world's most luxurious restaurants and hotels.
Following this, we will attend a cooking class with the renowned chef Antoni Izquierdo, where culinary mastery meets innovation.
The day will culminate in an exclusive, private dining experience at one of the most avant-garde Michelin-starred restaurants, offering an unforgettable combination of gastronomy and design.
Final Empordà-style breakfast and transfer to Barcelona airport or the city for those who planned to extend their visit.

Bo.TiC is located in Corçà, an unbeatable location in the Baix Empordà.
The restaurant occupies an old carriage carpentry with 110 years old that in 2017 was restored to become the current premises.
LLagrimes del Canigó

In Llàgrimes del Canigó we have blended our Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Argudell variety with native plants of the Alt Empordà to achieve unique and delicate aromas.
Fish Space

The Espai del Peix, located in an unbeatable space on the port of Palamos, wants to contribute to the sustainability of the fishing activity, to a greater knowledge of seafood and the promotion of fish gastronomy, promoting and educating about those fish products with less commercial interest but with high culinary and gastronomic value.
Masia

You will live in a Catalan farmhouse renovated by an interior design studio, with the maximum comfort but preserving the original structure.
The farmhouse includes breakfast cook and cleaning service.
Taps de Cadaques

The 'taps' of Cadaqués: two sponge cakes flambéed in cinnamon and puffed with milk cream and coffee.
