Requirements to be part of Exhoteis:
The minimum stay in Exhoteis is one year, renewable with the consent of both parties.
The monthly marketing fee is 100 € for Unique Experiences and 250 € for Preferred Experiences.
Each experience has a 20% commission.
Exhoteis will charge 20% of each reservation and the rest will be paid at the hotel.
Exhoteis will be able to market the experience to its network of partners.
Exhoteis reserves the right to exclude an offer if it does not comply with the advertised terms.
Any breach of any of these conditions will result in the imminent exclusion of the hotel.
